When can I register for evaluations?
In order to be evaluated, players must register online by April 8. MAKE CERTAIN YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION. There is no cost to be evaluated.
What are the program costs?
The CYSC U9 program will cost a $275 registration fees to the club, due upon acceptance to a team, as well as team dues of approximately $1,000 to support the cost of training, games and possibly tournaments. Uniforms additionally cost $140 for the required kit. Players will also be responsible for the cost of their AYSO team. Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
- CYSC is a travel soccer club that competes with teams from other clubs in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and NYC.
- Our teams are coached by professional trainers. You can check out some of their profiles under The Teams & Trainers tab above.
- Your child will play soccer 3 days per week.
- Your child will play on the CYSC Team and an AYSO team.
- The CYSC travel team will have one weekday practice with a trainer plus one Sunday travel game.
- The AYSO Team will have a Saturday AYSO practice with a trainer followed by an AYSO game.
- To be eligible to play for CYSC, your child must be a student attending Chappaqua Schools or living in the Town of New Castle.
- AYSO is a requirement to be eligible for the travel program for the U9 division, but not for older divisions.
- At the U9 (birth year 2013) level, all registered players will be placed on a team; there will not be cuts.
